Urban Ride CN provides electric bike (e-bike) rental services across multiple cities in China, including delivery to your hotel or chosen location.

Our services are available in English, Chinese, French, Spanish, Thai and Russian to serve international riders.

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid passport or government-issued identification to rent an e-bike.

You must be physically and mentally capable of operating an electric scooter safely. Pregnant individuals, persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and persons with conditions that impair riding are not eligible to ride.

A valid ID and (where required) a valid riding license are necessary. We reserve the right to verify your identity before delivery.

Bookings can be placed online through our website. You will receive a confirmation with the booking details.

Rental periods begin at the agreed pickup or delivery time. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested before the current period ends.

Prices, discounts and availability are displayed on our website and may change from time to time. Early-bird and long-duration discounts may apply and are shown at checkout.

Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept the payment methods listed on our website.

We deliver e-bikes to the address you provide. A delivery fee may apply depending on distance.

You agree to provide an accurate delivery address and to be present to receive the vehicle. Please contact us immediately if your plans change.

Pickup and return times should be respected. Late returns may incur additional charges.

You are responsible for the e-bike during the entire rental period and must keep it safe from theft and damage, including locking it when not in use.

Ride only on roads, bike lanes and areas where e-bikes are permitted. Follow all local traffic regulations and wear the provided helmet at all times.

Never ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and do not carry more passengers than the vehicle permits.

Report any damage, malfunction or accident to us immediately.

You are liable for damage to or loss of the e-bike caused by negligence, misuse or failure to follow our instructions.

A standard insurance package covers normal usage. We may ask for a security deposit for certain plans or vehicles.

We are not liable for personal injury resulting from rider negligence or from riding outside permitted areas.

You may cancel a booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be fully refundable.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

We maintain high standards for safety and courtesy. Repeated violations, deception, or abuse of our services may result in the suspension of your account or placement on a blacklist.

Blacklisted users may be denied service. Notifications are sent to the relevant teams.

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics and images, is the property of Urban Ride CN or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Urban Ride CN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes will be communicated through our website or by email.
